In early November 2026, a POV clip took over TikTok and Instagram: in a bare concrete cafe, someone perches on a tiny round wall table like it's a stool. Then a guest walks in, sits on the bench and puts a cup on the same kind of table, and the slow realization is the joke. Within days people were putting their own faces into it with AI, which is what this tool does: you and a friend take the two parts, in the same cafe and the same 21 seconds.

How many photos do I need?
Two. One photo per person, face forward and clearly visible.
Who sits on the table and who walks in?
Anyone can play either part. The first photo is the one who sits on the tiny table and gets it wrong; the second photo is the guest who walks in and sits down the right way. Men and women both work in either slot.
Can I make one with my partner, a parent or a coworker?
Yes. Any two adults who agreed to be in it: a friend, a date, your mom or dad, a coworker. Upload one clear photo of each person, and swap the slots if you want the other one on the table.
Can I use a photo of my pet?
No. Both parts need a human face, and the photo check turns away photos without one. Only use faces of people who gave you clear permission.
