Portrait rights
Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you clear permission. Do not make a video of anyone without their permission. If you see misuse, report it on the report page.
Credits and refunds
Packs are one-time purchases with no subscription. A failed generation refunds the video automatically. For a refund on a purchase, email hello@firsttimefancycafe.com. Chargebacks result in an account ban.
Copyright and takedowns
We do not host third-party films as product samples. To report copyrighted material, email hello@firsttimefancycafe.com with your contact details, the work claimed, the URL of the material, and a statement that you are authorized to act. We remove reported material within 48 hours of a valid notice.
Trend sound
The original sound from the trend belongs to its original authors. Any sound used in our videos stays theirs.
Non-affiliation
Independent fan-made AI video tool. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any named studio, network, or artist. We do not claim to be official.
